We started Shiv Developers a while back. We're right across from Savita Green Party Plot in Tp 44. It’s a busy spot, especially when there's a big function next door and cars are everywhere. Most days, we are just here at the desk or out checking on things. It isn't a huge office, just a simple room. We mostly handle small projects around this side of town. People stop by to ask about plots or how construction is going. It's usually just two or three of us in the office at any time. The air is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the new work happening in Tp 44 lately. We keep a stack of papers on the desk and some old blueprints pinned up on the walls. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but we like being near the party plot because it makes it easy for people to find our door. Just tell them to look for the green space across the road and they get here. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs to talk about a project, we sit down with a cup of tea and a notebook. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist here. Just us working and trying to stay on top of the schedule. We know the local area pretty well by now. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up government paperwork, but that's just part of the job. Most of our tools and materials are kept elsewhere, so this is mainly for meetings and phone calls. It’s a very basic setup, really.
