Satva Developers is based over at Vrundavan Pearl 2, which is right near the Omkar Bungalows. It’s a pretty quiet area most of the time which is nice when you’re trying to focus on plans and paperwork. We’ve been at this location for a bit and it feels like home now. Being near the bungalows means we see the same faces walking by every morning. Our office isn't anything too special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the real work happens for us. We spend most of our hours here talking to contractors or checking over schedules. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just how it is around here. We are Satva Developers and we mostly just stick to what we know. There’s always something needing fixing or a new plan to look at. We don’t really go for those big corporate meetings. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around a table figuring out the next step for a project. We like the Vrundavan Pearl 2 spot because it's easy for people to find once they know where Omkar Bungalows are. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to overcomplicate the way we run the business.
