We are Satva Developers and we’ve been working out of 44, T P Rd in Nigam Nagar for a while now. Most days you’ll find us here just getting through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a busy spot but we like it. The area around Nigam Nagar has changed quite a bit since we first set up shop. We handle a lot of different things related to building and development, though mostly it’s just us making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy with all the traffic on T P Rd, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It's more about having a place where we can actually get stuff done without too many distractions. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. If you’re looking for us, we are right there on the main stretch. We’ve had some long days here, especially when deadlines are tight. People in the neighborhood know us as the Satva Developers team. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, we just want to do our jobs right and go home. It’s a simple setup. We have a few desks, some old maps on the walls, and plenty of coffee. It works for us.
