We are S K Developers and our office is in the Shivansh Signature building. It is located near Madhuram Posh in the Tp 44 area. This part of town is growing quite a bit lately, so there is always some construction noise or dust in the air. We chose this spot because it puts us right in the middle of where the new developments are happening. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks and a space where we can lay out the big site plans to look at them properly. We aren’t the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. You are more likely to see us in dusty boots because we spend so much time out on the ground. We deal with all the usual headaches of building things, like getting the right materials delivered and making sure the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve built up a good relationship with the local people around Tp 44. People stop by to ask about what we are working on next. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just us doing the work and making sure the projects get completed. We try to keep things honest and let the buildings speak for themselves. That’s about all there is to it.
