We’re based over at Pancham Kimberly, which is near Swati Green. This is where Pavanj Developers operates from. It’s a nice enough area, and it keeps us close to where the action is. Most of what we do involves looking at how to make the best use of the space we’ve got. Developing land isn't always straightforward. You run into all sorts of issues with the soil or the weather. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking around the sites and making sure things are moving along. We aren’t the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. We like to see what’s happening on the ground. It can get pretty dusty and hot, but that’s just the job. We have a small team, and we all pitch in where we’re needed. Sometimes that means doing paperwork, and other times it means helping out at a site. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people know us. It’s a quiet way of doing business, but it works for us. We just focus on one project at a time and try to get it done without too many delays. Swati Green is a growing spot, and we’re glad to be a part of it. It takes a lot of patience.
