Param Developers

You can find Param Developers at Plot No. 26, right across from Sangath Posh and not far from Zundal Circle. It is an area that has been seeing a lot of change lately. Our office is fairly simple, just a place where we can sit down and focus on the development projects we are handling. We have been at this location for a while now, and we’ve watched the surroundings grow. The office itself is usually cluttered with site maps and folders. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We are more concerned with making sure the foundations are poured correctly and the walls go up straight on our sites. Most of our morning is spent on the phone or meeting with supervisors. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don’t often see. We try to keep a steady rhythm, but in this business, things change quickly. Someone might call about a delivery, or there might be an issue with a permit that needs fixing right away. We just take it one step at a time. It’s a small operation here at Plot 26. We know each other well and we don't stand on ceremony. It is just about getting the work done and making sure everything is handled properly. We like being near Zundal Circle because it’s a good central point for our various project locations. It works well for our small team here.
