Manpasand Homes is located at 718/ 3 Tp 44 in Chandkheda, right opposite Omkar Bunglows. We’ve been around for a bit, just doing our thing and building houses for people who need them. It’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time, which we prefer. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just us, the builders, and the folks who help us with the office work and permits. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to make a house feel right. It’s not just about the walls and the roof, but the way the rooms fit together. We don't have a big corporate mission statement or anything like that. Our goal is just to finish a project and have it look like we intended from the start. Sometimes things go wrong, like the rain holding us up or a delivery getting lost on the way, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors, because often they are. We’re not into high-pressure sales or flashy brochures. We’d rather you take your time and decide if one of our homes is right for your family. We’ve put a lot of sweat into our projects here in Chandkheda and we hope that it shows in the final product.
