Harikrishna Developer

Our office for Harikrishna Developer is located in Chandkheda Gam at C S No 240, 247, and 248. This part of town has a very specific feel to it. It still has some of that old village atmosphere even though there are new buildings going up everywhere you look. We have been working from this spot for quite a while. Our office is not very big. It is mostly just a place where we keep our records and meet with people to talk about their land or new construction projects. We have a few wooden desks and some old chairs for visitors. There is usually a pot of water in the corner and a stack of newspapers on the side table. We do not have a big team of executives. It is just us and a few regular workers who help with the daily tasks. We spend a lot of our time walking around the Gam and checking on our various project sites. People here know us, and we know them. It makes the work feel more like a part of the community. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people just walk in because they saw our name on a plot of land or heard about us from a relative. We keep our paperwork in order as best as we can, though things can get a bit cluttered during a busy week. We just try to be honest about what we can do and then we go out and do it.
