Devpriya Landmark

Devpriya Landmark is our little operation over in Nigam Nagar. We’re right across from the Omkar Bunglows, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The building itself is also called Devpriya. We spend most of our time dealing with the ins and outs of local development projects. It's a lot of back-and-forth between different sites and the office. There’s always someone coming in or going out, usually with some mud on their boots. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in expensive suits. We’re more of a jeans and work shirt kind of crew. Nigam Nagar is a decent place to be based, it’s got a good community feel to it. We try to keep things organized, but when you have five projects going at once, the office gets a little cluttered with files and samples. We don't really have a polished pitch to give anyone. We just tell people what we’re working on and when we think it’ll be done. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve done nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay focused on the day-to-day stuff and don't worry too much about the rest. If you're in the neighborhood and see the sign across from the bungalows, that’s us just doing our thing. We usually have the radio playing and someone is always checking a set of plans.
