D B Buildcon

Our office for D B Buildcon is tucked away over on New C. G. Road, right across from Shyam Vally and near the Chandramani Flat. It is a busy little area and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know our faces. We aren't the type to sit in a glass tower. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around a cluttered desk with maps and site plans spread out everywhere. We handle the local building work and everything that comes with it, which means a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the job sites. It gets loud around here sometimes, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. People often drop in just to check on how things are going or to talk about some paperwork they need help with. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. There is always a lot of tea being drunk and a lot of talk about cement prices or the latest city rules. We started out small and we’ve just kept at it, one project at a time. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, especially when the weather gets bad or someone doesn't show up, but we manage to get through the day. We just focus on the work that needs doing right in front of us. It’s a simple way to run things, and it seems to work for us and the folks we deal with. We aren't doing anything fancy, just building.
