My name is Nikhil Lokwani and I am the proprietor of Harmony Buildcon. You can find me over at Dwarkesh Residancy. I’ve been working out of this location for some time now and it feels like home to the business. It’s a residential area mostly, so it isn't as loud as being right on the main highway, which I personally prefer. My office is just a straightforward space where I handle all the building and construction details. I don’t have a massive staff or a fancy suite. It’s just me and a few others making sure the projects we take on are handled correctly. Most of my day is spent on the phone or looking over documents on my desk. I try to keep things organized but when you’re dealing with construction, there is always a bit of chaos. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a while, so I know a lot of the people who live in Dwarkesh Residancy and the surrounding blocks. It’s a community where people actually talk to each other. I don't use any big marketing words to describe what I do. I just build things and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes I’m out at a site all day and other times I’m just here catching up on emails. It’s a quiet, honest way to run a business and I wouldn't really want it any other way. People know where to find me if they need something.
