Setu Procon. is located over near the Dev Corporate Hotel and the Classic Gold Hotel. Being near these hotels means there’s always people coming and going, which makes the area feel pretty lively. We focus on the construction and project management side of things. It involves a lot of time spent in the sun and making sure all the workers have what they need to get the job done. Our office is usually filled with the sound of fans blowing and people talking about deadlines. We keep it pretty simple here. There are no fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just show people what we’ve built and let that speak for itself. It’s a lot of work coordinating between different teams and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Sometimes we’re at our desks late into the evening trying to get the numbers to add up. Other times we’re out on a site before the sun is even fully up. It’s a bit of a grind, but we’re used to it. Classic Gold Hotel is a good landmark if you’re looking for us, and we’re usually around even if the office door is shut, probably just out back checking on some equipment. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing in our little corner near the hotels. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
