Our office for Landmark Realty Pvt Ltd is located right near the President Hotel. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for folks to find us, though the traffic near the hotel can be a real pain during peak hours. We’ve been sitting in this spot for a while now. Most of our days are spent looking at property listings and talking to people who are trying to find a place to live or work. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of driving around to show different sites. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks and some old chairs for visitors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because things stay so busy. We don’t have any big corporate slogans hanging up. We just try to help people figure out the real estate market without making it too complicated. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small stalls near the hotel when we don’t have time to sit down. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we answer the phones, and we try to match people with what they’re looking for. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of follow-up calls and paperwork. The tea here is okay, and we’ve got a good view of the street from the front window. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
