We are located at FP NO. 37/1, right near the Evergreen Party Plot. This is in the Bhadaj area of Daskroi, which is part of the TP 406 plan. If you go out towards Bhadaj, you’ll see it’s a bit quieter than the center of Ahmedabad, but it’s picking up fast. As CAVALIER BUILDCON LLP, we are right in the middle of all that new activity. The office is a practical space. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. The area near Evergreen Party Plot gets quite busy during the wedding season, so we have to plan our meetings around the traffic. We deal with the building and construction side of things. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting the actual spots where the work is happening. The dust from the road is a constant thing, and we usually have a few muddy boots by the door. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to finish the projects we started. Bhadaj has a lot of open land still, but it’s filling up with new schemes. We enjoy being in this part of town because it’s a bit less cramped. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of things that need to be done.
