Our office is located on the first floor of the Milestone Complex, specifically units 107 and 108. This is right on Drive In Road in the Thaltej area, which is a place most people in the city know well. We are an authorized spot for Carrier Aircon Ltd. Our daily routine is mostly about managing the service requests and sales for air conditioning units around this part of town. The Milestone building is quite busy, so there is always someone coming or going. Inside our office, it is a mix of desks for the staff and a small area where we keep some of the newer models on display. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating with the service teams who are out in the field. Thaltej has seen so much growth lately that we are rarely sitting still. We do not have a polished corporate vibe here. It is more of a functional workspace where we deal with the reality of keeping buildings cool in the Gujarat heat. Some of our technicians have been with us for a long time, and they are the ones doing the real work out at the sites. We just handle the logistics and the paperwork from here. We do not do much in the way of promotion. Usually, people just see our sign on the building or they have used Carrier products before and need some help. It is a steady, predictable business.
