We are located at Plot No 5/B in the Gangotri Society, which is near the passport office in the Gulbai Tekra area. It’s a bit of a unique spot because the neighborhood has a mix of offices and homes. Being near the passport office means there are always a lot of people moving around outside, looking for directions or waiting in line for their documents. Our building is a standard setup. We’ve been here for years, and the walls have seen a lot of change. We focus on capsules, and that requires a lot of attention to the machines we use. It’s not a silent workplace; you can hear the hum of the equipment from the street if the door is open. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy lobby. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us moving some boxes or checking a ledger. It’s a very hands-on type of business. The staff here are mostly locals who know the shortcut through Gulbai Tekra to avoid the main road traffic. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy talk. We just discuss what needs to be made today and who is handling which task. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, or we have to wait a day for a spare part to arrive, but that’s just how things go. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs at Plot 5/B and staying out of trouble.
