C&M Estate Management Llp

C&M Estate Management Llp is up on the third floor, room C 301. We are in the Sankalp Grace building. If you are driving behind Rajpath Club, you will see us. We are near Satyam House too, which is a big help when people get lost trying to find the entrance. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and estate files scattered around. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we get the management work done. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic near the club, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. Managing estates takes up most of our time, dealing with repairs or tenants or just the general upkeep of things. We have been here in this part of Ahmedabad for a bit now and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic during rush hour. Sankalp Grace is a decent building, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the mail and update our records. It is a straightforward business, nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. There is a small window that looks out towards the back, and we often keep a few plants there to make it feel less like just another office.
