We are based out at the Agro Division on Prakruti Farm. It’s in Village Hirapur, which is part of the Dascroi Taluka. Being on a farm means things are a bit different than a city office. There’s a lot of open space and plenty of dust when the wind blows. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the sheds checking on the crops and the pharmaceutical inputs we grow. It’s a hardworking environment. You won't see many suits here. Most of us are in boots and practical clothes. The sun can be quite harsh in Hirapur, so we start early to get the bulk of the work done before it gets too hot. The building itself is quite functional, nothing fancy at all. We have a lot of tools and supplies scattered around the farm. It’s a big area to cover, so we’re always moving. Sometimes the tractors are loud, and there’s always something that needs fixing. It’s a real rural operation. We don’t have a polished front desk. If you show up, you’ll probably find someone out in the fields or in the main storage unit. We just focus on the land and what it produces for the medicine. It’s a basic, honest way to work, and we like the fresh air despite the hard labor. We have a small area where we keep our muddy boots so we don't track the Hirapur soil inside.
