You can find us at Zydus Tower, right across from the Fun Republic at the Satellite Cross Roads. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always something going on. Cadila Healthcare Ltd. is the name on the door, but to us, it’s just the office. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone. The location in Satellite is pretty convenient because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack. The tower itself is easy to spot, but once you get inside, it’s just a bunch of regular offices. We have stacks of paper and folders everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just make sure the work is handled. Some days are slow, while others feel like we can't catch a breath. We have a mix of young folks and some who have been here since the company started. It’s a good blend. We don't do much in the way of public relations from this desk; we just manage the day-to-day tasks that keep a healthcare company going. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a question. Mostly, we are just focused on the tasks in front of us and making sure the information we send out is correct.
