We set up Applewoods Estate Private Limited in this office at C 12 Rajhans Society. It’s a handy location because the Reliance Fres is right there, so we can always grab some snacks or stuff for the office kitchen without going far. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We handle real estate work, mostly helping people buy or sell plots and houses around here. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls and fancy carpets. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, which can be a real pain when we’re trying to look up property records. Our neighbor in the next office is a lawyer who drops by for tea sometimes. We talk about the weather or how the road outside needs fixing. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different estates and who owns what. We have files everywhere, honestly. My daughter says we should put everything on the computer, but I still like having the paper in my hands. It just feels more real that way. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping folks find a place to stay or invest their savings in. It's just a regular local business run by people who know the neighborhood and the folks living here for a long time now.
