C D Con

We set up C D Con in B-1 Shantivila Apartments, which is right inside the Pratapkunj Society in Vasana. Since it is a residential area, it stays fairly quiet compared to the big main roads nearby. We use one of the ground floor units for all our operations. It feels a lot more like a home than a traditional office, which actually suits our style just fine. There are a few mismatched desks, a couple of old chairs, and a lot of technical drawings spread out across every flat surface. We work on various projects around the city. Often, we are out at different sites for most of the day, so the office sits empty except for the sound of the phone ringing. When we are actually here, it is usually to handle the boring stuff like billing or planning out the schedule for the coming week. My neighbor often drops by for a quick chat, which can slow us down, but that is just part of living and working in a society like this. We do not have a flashy neon sign outside to attract attention. People usually find us through word of mouth or by asking the guard at the front gate for directions. It is not a high-pressure environment here. We take our time to get the details right. The lighting in the back room is a little dim, but we manage. It is a straightforward business with no hidden extras.
