B.V.Patel Perd Centre

We are located right across from Zydus Hospital on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway in Thaltej. Most people know the spot because it’s a busy stretch of the road. We are mostly involved with pharmaceutical education and research, though it’s not always as high-tech as people might think. A lot of the time, it’s just students and staff going through books, working in labs, or sitting in meetings. The building has been here for years, and it shows its age in some spots, but it serves its purpose. We have different departments doing their own things, mostly focusing on how medicines are made and tested. It’s a lot of slow, methodical work. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that because we aren't selling a product to the general public. We just provide a place for learning and looking into things related to pharmacy. The highway outside is always loud with cars and trucks, but once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter. Some days are packed with people coming for seminars, and other days it’s just the regulars. We’ve got a canteen that isn't too bad, and people usually hang out there during breaks. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the science and the students. We just do our bit and keep the place running every day, and that keeps us busy enough.
