Our office is up on the eighth floor, room 809, in the Span Trade Center. If you are looking for us, we are right across the road from the Kochrab Ashram in Pritam Nagar. It is a very well-known landmark, so people rarely get lost trying to find our building. We have been selling electrical parts from this location for quite some time. The office is mostly filled with catalogs, sample components, and some basic furniture. It is a practical place where we manage sales and talk to our suppliers. The view from the eighth floor is okay, but we spend most of our time looking at order forms or checking the inventory on the computer. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We are a small team and we like to keep things moving without any unnecessary complications. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails from local contractors and businesses who need supplies. We don't have a big fancy showroom; we just have what we need to get the job done. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but inside the office, it stays relatively quiet so we can focus. It is just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to stay organized and help our customers get the parts they are looking for.
