Out here near Village Lyava, things are a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. We are situated right off the Sanand Viramgam Highway in the Taluka Sanand area. It’s a wide-open space, and you can see the factory from a distance when you’re driving down the highway. The air is a bit dusty because of all the construction and the traffic moving through, but it’s where a lot of industry has settled lately. We spend our days working on different types of engineering parts and systems. It’s a large facility, so there’s always a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just show up, put on our gear, and get to work on the machines. The heat can be a bit much in the summer months, but we have fans and some cooling to keep things moving. Most of the people working here live in the nearby villages or commute from the city. It’s a long drive for some, but it’s a steady job. We see a lot of trucks coming in with raw materials and heading out with finished parts. There isn't much around here besides other factories and a few small shops for snacks. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’re supposed to do. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running.
