Servashanti Properties Pvt Ltd.

We’ve set up Servashanti Properties Pvt Ltd. over at Siddhi Vinayak Homes, which is right across from Bopal Lake. It’s actually a nice change of pace being near the water, though we don’t get much time to just sit and look at it. Our work keeps us pretty busy with all the different properties we have to manage around here. The office at Siddhi Vinayak Homes is where we do all our planning and where we meet people who are looking for a new place to live or invest. We’ve got a lot of files on the desk and the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. Bopal is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening down the street. We try to keep up with it all without getting too overwhelmed. It’s a lot of driving back and forth to different sites and then coming back here to update the records. We aren’t really into big corporate talk; we just like to tell people how it is. If a house is a bit old, we mention it. If a piece of land is perfect for a shop, we say that. It’s just about being practical and getting through the day’s tasks. Being here by the lake makes the workspace feel a bit better, even on the days when the paperwork seems never-ending. We try to finish our work before the evening traffic makes the road near Bopal Lake too crowded to navigate.
