R Sheladia Developers. is located tucked away behind the BAPS Temple. It’s actually a pretty quiet spot compared to the main S.P. Ring Road, though you can still hear the distant hum of the traffic if you listen for it. We are right near Radhe Farm on Sterling City Road. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place where we get the paperwork done and meet with the guys from the sites. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out where the next pipes need to go. Working near the temple is nice because it feels a bit more peaceful when things get stressful. Sometimes the smell of food from the nearby farms drifts over during lunch. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of back-and-forth with the city and local contractors. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust, and the weather usually doesn't cooperate when we have a big deadline. We have some old chairs in the front for visitors, but mostly we are just moving around. The S.P. Ring Road area is growing fast, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s funny how much a place can change in just a few years. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever the day throws at us.
