Our office is situated at number 14 in the Sagarika Complex. It's a well-known building in this area, mostly because it sits right near the government tubewell. People usually use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. Working at Online Return Pvt. Ltd. means we spend a lot of our time dealing with packages and paperwork in this specific space. The complex has its own rhythm, with people coming in and out at all hours. Sometimes the stairs get a bit cluttered with boxes, but that’s just how things go in a busy commercial building. We have a few desks set up and some storage areas in the back. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. It’s functional. We try to keep things organized, though it gets difficult when a lot of stuff arrives at once. Being near the tubewell means there’s often some water department activity nearby, which adds to the noise of the day. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood feels familiar to us now. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually have to keep the blinds halfway down. It’s just a normal workplace where we get through our list of things to do. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes through the door every day, trying to stay ahead of the mess.
