We are located right near the Dsp School. It gets pretty loud when the kids get out for the day, but you get used to it after a while. Nilkanth Developers is just across the road from the Geb office. It’s a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us. To be honest, we spend more time out on the dusty roads than we do sitting behind our desks. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's got the usual stuff—desks, a few chairs that creak, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We've been in this spot for a bit now. The neighbors are mostly quiet, except for the school traffic. We don't really have a philosophy or anything. We just get the jobs, hire the crews, and try to get the walls up straight. Sometimes the power goes out, which is ironic being right opposite the Geb, but that’s just how things go around here. People come in to ask about plots or just to have a glass of water. We know most of the shopkeepers on this stretch. It feels like a regular neighborhood business. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more than we are. Just builders doing building things. We keep a low profile and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one project at a time and hope the weather stays clear.
