I am Neetaben Jatinbhai Patel and I run Mantram Developrs. My office is situated near the Jain Derasar, which is just behind the Baleshwar Gold Bungalows on the Bopal Ghuma Road. It’s a nice area to work in because the temple nearby makes things feel a bit more peaceful than the center of the city. We have been based here for some time now. Most of our days are spent going through files or meeting with people who want to talk about land and buildings. The Bopal Ghuma Road is always getting busier so there is plenty of movement outside our windows. You can see the bungalows from where we sit. It’s a straightforward setup we have here. No big lobbies or receptionists, just a place where we sit and work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is construction nearby, but that is part of the job. I handle most of the things myself with a bit of help. We try to stay organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in papers when we are busy. People know us as a local name in the neighborhood. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The focus is just on getting the work finished and keeping things moving. If you’re ever near the Derasar, you’ll probably see us there. It’s a practical location for what we do and we’ve grown quite fond of the routine we have on this side of town.
