Harshdip Builders Pvt. Ltd has its office on Gram Panchayat Road, right across the street from Darshan Bunglows. It is a fairly easy location to get to, and there is usually some parking space nearby. Our office is a busy place. We have papers and blueprints scattered across almost every surface. We do not have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so things can get a bit dusty, but it is a real working environment. We spend most of our time meeting with families who are looking to build their first home. We sit down with them, often with a cup of tea, and just talk through what they need. We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics or fancy presentations. We just show them what we have done before and tell them what we can do for them. The road outside can be quite noisy with scooters and cars going past, but inside we just focus on the work. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a long time. We do not have a human resources department or anything like that. If there is an issue, we just talk it out and fix it. Most of our business comes from word of mouth in the local community. People see the houses we build and then they come to us when they are ready to start their own project. We like the feeling of helping people build something.
