Anaya Developers

Anaya Developers is located just behind Sterling City. It is a pretty convenient spot for us to keep an eye on things. Our office is more like a workshop than anything else. We have files everywhere and samples of tiles and bricks sitting in the corners. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational company. We are just local people trying to build things that stay standing. A typical day involves a lot of shouting over the noise of machinery and checking the weather reports to see if we can pour concrete. We’ve had our fair share of challenges, like everyone else in this business. Sometimes the workers don’t show up or the costs of materials go up overnight. We just handle it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. If you come by, don't expect a receptionist to bring you a fancy menu. We’ll probably just offer you a seat and a glass of water. It is a bit messy and loud, but that is how work gets done. We know the area well and we like being part of the growth here. It’s just about putting one brick on top of another until you have something useful. That's the way we do things at Anaya, keeping it simple and sticking to the schedule as much as we possibly can.
