You can find us over at G-1 Sarita Complex in Navrangpura. We are tucked in right near Sarovar Complex, just behind the Jain Derasar off C G Road. It’s a busy little corner of Ahmedabad. Bonny Elevators Pvt Ltd isn’t a massive corporation with glass walls. We are more of a ground-floor operation where you can hear the street noise while we work. The office is usually full of files and old elevator components we keep for reference. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to building managers or our mechanics who are out on site. It gets a bit hectic around Navrangpura with all the shops and traffic, so getting our service bikes out can be a challenge. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so the neighbors know us well. We do all sorts of work related to lifts, from small repairs to bigger installations. Most days, we are just trying to keep up with the maintenance schedules. Sometimes a call comes in late because a lift stopped working somewhere, and we have to scramble. That is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the elevators.
