We’re tucked away in the Vatva G.I.D.C. Estate, Phase-I. To find us, you have to go behind the Bank of India to Plot No-C-1-B. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving and the sound of factories running. We make foam here. It’s a big process involving blocks and cutting machines. The air inside the unit always feels a bit different because of the materials we use. We aren't a high-end furniture store; we’re the place where the inside of the furniture comes from. Our day starts early because the heat in the G.I.D.C. can get intense by the afternoon. We have a crew that knows how to handle the large blocks of foam and cut them into the shapes needed for cushions or industrial packing. It’s a lot of physical labor. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people on the shop floor or in the small space near the entrance. We don't use marketing talk about comfort or dreams. We just talk about density, thickness, and size. That’s what matters in this business. We’ve been in Vatva for a good while at Bon Foam India and we know the layout of the estate like the back of our hand. It’s a busy, noisy, productive place to be, and we just keep our heads down and do the work. It might not look like much from the outside, but we are always busy with something.
