Vivaan Buildcon Projects Pvt.Ltd. is based in a building called The Mantra, specifically at 232/2. We are located right besides the Sankalp Restaurant, which is a big help when we are trying to give people directions. We are also quite near the Rajpath Club, which is a major landmark in this part of the city. The office is where all the planning for our building projects happens. It’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and notebooks everywhere. We aren't the most organized people when it comes to our desks, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on site, but the office is our home base. We don't really do the corporate thing with the suits and the polished speeches. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to build things and we talk about it in plain English. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors or checking on permits. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Being near Rajpath Club means the area is always busy, especially in the evenings. We usually stay late to finish up the day’s work before heading home. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep; we just focus on finishing the project we have in front of us. It’s a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit noisy from the restaurant crowds.
