Times Buildspace Pvt. Ltd. has its office at Plot 358 in Town Planning Scheme 50. We are inside the Times Square Arcade 2 building, right near the Avelon Hotel. It is a busy part of the city and there is always some kind of construction going on nearby. Our office is not very large; it is mostly just filled with blueprints, desks, and some old filing cabinets. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the technical side of building things and talking to contractors. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We are not some massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us trying to keep our projects on schedule. Sometimes the permits take longer than they should or the materials show up late, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure the workers on the sites have what they need. People come into the arcade to see us when they want to talk about property or a new project they are thinking about starting. We do not use any fancy language or sales pitches. We just explain what needs to happen and then we go about doing it. It is a lot of long hours and phone calls, but that is how the building business works. We have been in this spot for a while and know the local area quite well.
