The Shubham Skyz Co Op Housing Society Limited

The Shubham Skyz Co Op Housing Society Limited is situated right on Rajpath Club Road. We are tucked in behind Iscon Mall and across from Maruti Celedron, so it is a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the area. Since we are a cooperative society, it is basically just the residents here looking after the place. We do not have a corporate board or anything like that. It is just a committee of neighbors who take turns managing the day-to-day things. We deal with the typical building stuff like making sure the trash is picked up, the water pumps are working, and the security guards are at the gate. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes trying to get everyone to agree on the budget for repairs or painting the hallways, but we manage. The building has been around for a while and we have a mix of families living here. We meet up every so often to talk about the lift maintenance or the parking situation. It is just a regular community of people trying to keep their homes in decent shape. The location is good because the mall is so close, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much on the weekends. We just do our best to keep the common areas clean and the lights on. It is not perfect, but it is where we live.
