Our office is in the Orbit building, right by the Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay AMC Auditorium. It’s behind the Rajpath Club, so it is a pretty well-known part of town. Traffic can get a bit wild when there is an event at the auditorium, but otherwise, it is a good place to be. We have been working as Svp Buildcon Llp. for a while now from this spot. The office has some big windows, so we get a lot of light, which is nice during the winter months. We mostly spend our time dealing with the technical side of building and development. There’s always a stack of folders on someone's desk waiting to be filed. We aren't the type of people to wear fancy suits; usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. It’s more comfortable that way when you have to visit a site. We have a small meeting room, but we usually just end up talking over the partitions between our desks. The Rajpath Club is right there, so sometimes we walk over that way for a bit of air. It’s a busy environment, but we keep things fairly relaxed inside. There’s no big corporate manual on how to behave. We just treat each other with respect and get the work done. Sometimes we stay late when things are busy, and other times we leave a bit early if the weather is nice. It works for us.
