You can find us at Block H&i in Rudra Square, which is quite close to the Judges Bunglow area. Jay Mangal Realities has been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s a decent area to be in, with a lot of activity nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in real estate; we just like doing our part for the community. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders and rolled-up plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who live nearby. Being near Judges Bunglow means people know where we are, which helps us stay busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We just handle the property stuff that comes our way every morning. Some days are slow, and others we can barely keep up with the messages on our phones. We’ve worked in this industry long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned with construction or land deals. We just deal with the problems as they come up and keep moving forward. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing to site visits. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We like the local vibe of Rudra Square. It feels like we’re right in the middle of things without being in a giant, cold office tower downtown.
