Blue Ark Industries. Our place is Plot No 123 in Phase-II of the Vatva GIDC. It’s right near the new telephone exchange, which is how most people find us. Vatva is a huge industrial zone, so it’s full of factories and warehouses everywhere you look. We started out here quite a while ago. The building is just a functional space with high ceilings and heavy doors. It gets pretty loud when the production is going full speed, but that’s just how it is in an industrial park. We have a small office area at the front, but most of the action happens in the back. There’s always someone coming or going, usually a delivery truck or a supplier dropping off materials. The telephone exchange building is a good landmark because the plots here can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren’t from around here. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s business. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. The air smells a bit like metal and oil most days. We don't spend much on decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the break to get some fresh air away from the machines. It’s a simple life in Vatva, focusing on making things and keeping the schedules moving along. We like it here despite the dust. It’s been our main base for years now and we've gotten used to the noise.
