Kesar Buildcon

Kesar Buildcon is located near Keshva Estate, right on Kathwada Gidc Road No. 8. Being in the GIDC area means there is always noise and movement around us. We do construction work, mostly focusing on the local projects that pop up in this industrial belt. Our office is pretty basic and we like it that way. We spend most of our time out on sites rather than sitting behind desks. Kathwada is a busy place with a lot of manufacturing going on, so we end up doing a lot of structural stuff for those kinds of buildings. It's tough work and the sun gets really hot in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this for a bit, learning the ins and outs of the local regulations and how to get materials delivered without getting stuck in the GIDC traffic. Sometimes deliveries are late and we have to shuffle our whole schedule, which is just part of the job. We know the other guys around Road No. 8 pretty well. It’s a community of workers and builders. We don't put up big signs or do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw one of our sites or someone they know told them we were over by Keshva Estate. We just show up, do the building, and move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people, and we try to keep our feet on the ground every day.
