Bhatt Magnetics Pvt Ltd

Our place is at Plot No.71/P, right across from Anukul Estate on Ambica Nagar Road in the GIDC Odhav area. It is an industrial zone, so it is mostly trucks and warehouses around here. Bhatt Magnetics Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this plot for quite some time. The building is just a plain structure designed for work, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is mostly machinery and the materials we use every day. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months when the metal roof heats up. We have a small office section, but most of the action happens on the main floor. There is a constant hum of equipment in the background that we’ve grown accustomed to. We don’t really have visitors often, unless it is a delivery driver or a regular client. We keep our own hours and just focus on meeting our targets for the week. The roads around Odhav can be a bit rough, so we have gotten used to the dust and the bumps on the way in. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the shop. It is a very straightforward environment. No one wears suits or ties here; we just wear what is comfortable for working in a shop. We have seen the estate change over the years, with new businesses opening up nearby. It is a tough environment but we like the routine of it.
