Bharti Communication is right on Drive-In Road, inside Shreeji Towers at C-804. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets right opposite Indraprasth Towers. The noise from the traffic never really stops, but you get used to it after a while. We’re mostly dealing with phones, recharges, and people coming in with broken screens or software issues. The shop isn't very large, so it can get pretty cramped when three or four customers are inside at once. We’ve got stacks of SIM cards and accessories behind the counter. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we usually know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to people, explaining why their signal might be bad or how to use a new feature. It’s practical stuff. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a local shop where we try to help out whoever walks in. Sometimes we’re just sitting here waiting for the next person to bring in a phone they dropped. The lights in the tower can be a bit bright, and the elevators are often slow, but it’s a good spot to be in. We’ve seen a lot of different phones come and go over the years. We just keep doing what we do, handling the repairs and the sales as they come. It’s a busy life on Drive-In Road, but we like it that way. No fancy talk, just fixing what is broken and selling what is needed.
