Bhagat Furniture & Lining Work

We are located at 18 Goyal Tower, which is right on University Road in Ambavadi. It’s a pretty well-known spot because we’re directly across from the Gulbai Tekra Police Chowki and very close to Jhanvi Restaurant. Being in Ambavadi means there are always students and office workers passing by. We do furniture work and lining, so the shop is usually filled with fabric scraps, foam, and tools. It’s a bit of a mess most days, but it’s a productive kind of mess. We aren't the type of place that has a polished lobby or anything. It’s a working shop. My family has been doing this kind of thing for years, so it’s just natural to us. We spend a lot of time measuring and cutting things out. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't trying to sell anyone on anything fancy. We just show the work we've done and let people decide. It's a small space in Goyal Tower, so we have to stay organized, or we’d lose our tools under all the lining material. People often stop by after eating at the restaurant nearby just to see what we're working on. We don't mind. It’s nice to have a chat while we work. It’s just us here, keeping things going every day from morning until we finish up the last bits of work for the evening.
