Our office is over on the second floor of the Anubhuti Commercial Complex. It is right across from Torrent House, near Income Tax, which makes it easy to find if you know this part of town. Behaviour Change Advisory Services Llp is a bit of a mouthful for a name, but it covers what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at how people act and why they do the things they do. It is mostly research and sitting through long meetings to figure out better ways for things to run. The office itself is pretty quiet. We have a few rooms in unit 204 where we keep our files and sit with our coffee. It is a bit of a busy building, lots of other businesses around, but we mostly keep to ourselves. Sometimes the traffic outside near Income Tax gets really loud, but you get used to it after a week. We are not a huge firm with dozens of consultants. It is just a small group of us trying to make sense of human patterns. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk among ourselves. It is more about looking at the facts and seeing what needs a nudge. Working here in this part of town is convenient. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine is the same. Come in, check the data, and try to find some practical solutions. It is honest work.
