Our place is in Gopal Palace, specifically in B 306. We are right across from Ashin Park in the Nehru Nagar-Jodhpur Tekra area of Ahmedabad. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for a long time now. The office isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. It’s just a set of rooms where we do our design work. We have desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of chairs for when we need to sit together and look at a project. The walls are mostly covered in calendars and old sketches we haven't bothered to take down yet. It feels like a real workspace because it is. We aren't worried about having a perfect looking lobby or anything like that. We’d rather spend our time getting the actual designs finished. Sometimes the parking at Gopal Palace can be a real headache, especially during the middle of the day, but we make it work. Most of our day involves staring at monitors and clicking mice. We have a small kitchen area where we keep a kettle for making coffee. It’s a simple, everyday business. We don't put on any acts for people. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home when the work is finished for the day. It’s a steady way to live and we like being in this part of town.
