Bastawala Bearing Co

Bastawala Bearing Co is situated at Plot No. 971-1. We are right opposite the Mirzapur Kabadi Market-1 and not too far from the GPO. It’s a busy spot with a lot of scrap dealers and other shops nearby. We mostly deal with bearings of all shapes and sizes. The shop is full of boxes and the smell of metal and oil. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s a working shop and can get a bit messy. We spend most of our time looking for parts in the back or talking to people who come in from the market. Being near the GPO makes it easy for people to find the general area. We have been here for a good number of years. It’s a straightforward business. We buy bearings, we keep them in stock, and we sell them to anyone who needs one for their machinery. There’s no corporate jargon here, just us and the inventory. Some days it’s very busy and we don't even have time to sit down for lunch. Other days it’s a bit slower and we just tidy up the shelves. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but our little plot stays pretty much the same. It’s just a regular business trying to get things right and keep the customers coming back when they need something. We just keep moving forward.
