Our office is tucked behind Vangi Restaurant, very close to the Panchvati Party Plot at the Bareja Cross Road. That crossroad is always full of activity, so it is a good place to be. We have been doing development work around here for quite a long time now. It is a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. We are definitely not a huge firm with people wearing suits and ties. Most days you will find us in dusty clothes because we spend so much time at the construction sites. We focus on residential projects. We like this part of Bareja because it still has room for new houses. People are moving out this way more and more lately. We spend most of our time talking to the contractors and making sure the work is actually getting done. It is a full-time job just keeping track of everything. Sometimes there are delays with the government permits or the materials don't arrive on the day they were supposed to. That is just how the building business goes. We try to keep our heads down and just do the work. If you walk past the party plot, you will see our project boards. We don't do any big TV commercials or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our clients. It feels more honest that way. We know the people at the restaurant well too. If the office is locked, we are probably just grabbing a quick lunch there.
