Shantam Developers is located right near the D-mart. Everyone knows where the D-mart is, so finding us is usually pretty easy. We’ve been in this area for a while now. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. It’s just us in a simple office doing our developer work. Being near a big store like D-mart means there’s always something going on around here. We like being in a place that’s active. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch or tell you we’re something special. We just do the work and let things fall where they may. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. No big promises, just real people building things. We spend a lot of time on site, but the office near D-mart is our home base. It’s where the plans get made and the coffee gets drunk. We’ve got a small team and we all pitch in. It’s not a fancy life, but we enjoy it. Shantam Developers is just a local name you might see around. We keep it honest and simple. Sometimes we are out on a project, so the office might be quiet, but we are always around. It's just how we run things here. No glossy brochures, just some sketches and a lot of phone calls to get things done right.
