Electro Laminates

Electro Laminates operates out of the Municipal Estate in Bapunagar. Our unit is at number 65, and if you’re looking for us, we are right behind the Indian Chemical building. It’s near the Sonarika Block, which is what most locals use for a landmark. This estate is pretty industrial, with a lot of noise and trucks moving around all day. We do laminates, mostly for electrical insulation and other industrial uses. The work is very repetitive, but it’s what we know. We have a couple of big presses and cutting machines that take up most of the floor space. It gets quite warm in the summer because of the machinery, but we keep the fans going. It’s not a fancy place to work. It’s a workshop through and through. We usually have a lot of raw material stacked up near the entrance. Most of our customers are other businesses in the estate or nearby industrial zones. We don’t do much retail stuff. It’s mostly bulk orders that keep us going from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been in Bapunagar for a long time, and we know our neighbors well. We just try to get the work done right so people keep coming back. It’s a simple operation with no frills. We just focus on the laminates and getting deliveries out on time. There is always a lot to do, so we don't spend much time sitting around talking about things. It’s honest work for a small crew like ours.
