Our workshop is tucked away near the Bhindhanjan Hanuman temple, right by the Saurashtra Patel Society in Bapu Nagar. It gets pretty loud here once the machines start running, but that’s just how a motor shop goes. We’ve been focusing on these vibratory motors for Nbe Motors for quite some time now. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings or oil, so we all wear thick boots to stay safe. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the Ganga Nagar area well, but most of the locals can point you toward our gate. We have a handful of guys who’ve been with us since the start, and they know the sounds of the motors better than anyone else. If a machine sounds slightly off, someone usually notices before the gauges even show it on the screen. It’s hot work, especially when we’re welding or assembling the bigger units in the afternoon heat. We don’t have a big fancy reception, just a wooden desk near the front door where the paperwork and bills sit. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time turning around in the narrow street, but we manage somehow. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting together reliable motors that people need for their factories. Most days, we’re just busy checking coils and testing the vibration levels. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We usually close up once the temple bells start ringing in the evening. People often stop by just to ask for directions, and we don't mind.
